Chlorophyll works by receiving white light from the sun, 
absorbing the outer edges of the visual spectrum, 
(the red and violet hues) but not the greens, 
then transfers those colors into sugars 
we all consume, but can’t be seen…

The moderate colors of the spectrum 
are not absorbed and therefore reflected, 
resulting in the various shades 
of verde we can clearly see 
emanating from the glade…

Sounds.green is inspired by this process, 
and in a similar fashion, the light reflected 
within its center can be scanned to bring you here 
and transfer you into some sense of what it’s like…

bein’ green.
